All orders will be shipped within 1-3 business days after order, unless noted otherwise on order information.
All orders are shipped through USPS flat rate unless otherwise noted. Once an item is shipped, we have no control over delays, delivery time, or missing or stolen items. If USPS lists an item as "delivered" but is missing or stolen we can not be responsible for replacing of refunding. **Please double check the shipping address provided to avoid the shipment of an item to the wrong location.**
If your item was damaged during shipping, please contact us within 72 hours of receipt of package. All damage claims will be filed by the purchaser through USPS, as insurance is included in USPS shipping.
Returns and Refunds
Due to the handmade nature of our pottery and the inherent challenges of return shipping fragile pottery, all sales are final. Please read listing details and review photos carefully before purchasing. If you have any questions regarding a specific item please contact us prior to purchase. Every item is handmade and all product photos include a photo of the exact item you are ordering. Remember, no two items are the same!
If for some reason you are unhappy with your purchase or you believe there has been a mistake, please contact us within 7 days of purchase at email@example.com so we can discuss your concerns.
We take great care when packaging and shipping your items but damages do occur from time to time. If your item arrives damaged, contact USPS to file a claim. Standard USPS shipping insurance included up to a $50 value.
The art we create is both decorative and functional so if you encounter any issues with functionality (cracks, leaking, etc) when you receive your item, please contact us immediately, within 7 days.
If a replacement is offered, please note each piece is one of a kind and will not be reproduced exactly but I will make my best effort to offer a similar option.
Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours. We try to package items for shipment the following day so please contact us as soon as possible if you wish to cancel your item. Cancellations cannot be made after an item has been marked as shipped.
The Nature of Handmade Policy
All SoPo Pottery work is handmade! It is unique and one of a kind so no two items will be exactly alike. Lines are not always straight, glaze drips occur, and coloration differences happen! We embrace and appreciate all of the variations that happen during the creative process. Please look at photos closely!
While we make the very best effort to offer accurate descriptions, clear photos, and precise capacity measurements please keep in mind that variations in color, size, and shape occur. The ounce capacity listings are a rough guide rounded to the nearest ounce or half ounce when possible. We like to think of our pottery as part of a family of designs rather than matching sets. You are buying a piece of handmade, functional artwork!
